Yes. Sugar Signals lets you invite other caregivers — such as grandparents, babysitters, or school nurses — to view and log entries. You control who has access and can remove anyone at any time.

Yes. Sugar Signals is designed to work without an internet connection. Your entries are saved locally on your device and automatically sync to the cloud when you reconnect.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Go to your device's subscription settings, find Sugar Signals, and select Cancel. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

Your data is stored securely in the cloud using industry-standard encryption, both in transit and at rest. You can learn more about our data practices in our Privacy Policy.

You can delete your account from within the app's settings, or by contacting us at support@sugarsignals.com. Once deleted, your personal data is removed within 30 days. We recommend exporting your data first if you'd like to keep a copy.
